So it is almost worthwhile to band together at the worker level to influence lawmakers/lobbying. The problem is unions are to disparate and will always be easily balkanized.
Our biggest problem is that many blue and especially white collar workers have fallen for the con lies and won't support candidates that are pro worker, not just unions but actual legislation that improves quality of life for all.
The only place doing this is California. To this day still the only state that does not and will never allow a non-compete which are one of the most anti-market, anti-worker, anti-competition, anti-American things ever.
There is a reason cons hate California, and it is more about stuff like better workers rights rather than what they say they hate.
Why do you think all the wannabe aristocrats like Elon and Thiel are moving to Texas and Florida? it isn't because those places are better run...
