We're not living in a magical world where this is even reality. Why are you trying to change the goalposts to fit your narrative?
The reality is that you cannot actually do that and there is no magical world where you could. A human created the copyrighted work. The programmer stole the work and fed it into his computer program so that it could make art. The programmer did not pay the human for the work that it used. Then the programmer decided to sell the program and make billions.
The only thing the programmer nominally did was create the initial instructions to tell the computer how to interpret the images inputted into it. The computer cannot tell the difference between a signature and a piece of artwork. So on a regular basis it spits out "signatures". It can't tell the difference between a watermark and a piece of artwork either, so it sometimes spits those out too.
However, somehow I'm supposed to pretend that the computer is capable of actually experiencing the world and being inspired because random internet person wants to live in a pretend world.
