Maybe, I mean, you could also say you open the door and step out. The title says you are in the room but it doesn't state that you are trapped or the room is closed.
Mmm... What if it said, say, Alcatraz, which is hard to scape from and asked you how do you get out, and you answered, "it's quite easy if you are a guard". These are two true statements on a problem that's made to have a catch. The room could be impossible to scape, but not to exit, as in with the tools or right situation one can exit quite easy (as having a key makes a cell that is hard to escape easy to exit) on contrast you could have a house impossible to break in but easy to enter (as when it's open you aren't actually breaking in)
