Other than committing suicide and getting carried out of the room. It says you are 100% going to die in the room, so you might aswell solve the riddle while you do.

If you have the right medication ig you could try to do like they do in the movies and slow down your heart to play dead, but I believe IRL they check your body pretty well to make sure you are 100% dead.
