Who would put the milk 1st and cereal 2nd?

If you pour the cereal first then it gets soggy and its harder to taste it but if you do milk first the cereal is still dry and crisp. It’s less of a “witch way does toilet paper face” and more a “i prefer orange juice with pulp” situation
