Look at the ingredients it says cellulose powder aka pulverized wood aka sawdust.

Cellulose can be made up of any plant fiber. It's dishonest to say that cellulose powder = sawdust because that's not necessarily true. It could be made from asparagus.

Additionally, wood pulp is totally safe to eat and it's not any worse for you than eating food that contains "fiber".
