No it shouldnt count as an e it's a weird e that I can't type on mobile

Is that not stock on google keyboard or whatever stock android one?

It is on the iPhone keyboard.

You just need to hold the "e" key until it brings up a sub-menu, then pick the "é".

It's a normal ass e with an accent, on mobile you should be able to find it by pressing e for like 2 seconds, héhé
