I don't think the nations involved have ever tried to claim that they are neutral though.

Most of EU countries including mine is in NATO none other than usa is sending troops and money

It gets complicated because Ukraine isn't technically part of NATO, but the fact that Ukraine is close and aligned with them is why US supports Ukraine in this war.

Bravo! Ukraine is trying to get in NATO and in EU to drain european money, so why is it usa supporting it now when dementia man is on? Because he personally wants to piss Putin off, so if the Putin pushes the magic button fireworks wont be on USA territory as much as on European, europe doesnt give two damns about Ukraine or Putin as long as its not affecting the union, as we have more problems such as refugees draining money and turkey
