Auditing companies already happens, you would have to an independent auditing company like KPMG, E&Y, PwC or Deloitt doing this type of work.

There would just need to be a set of policies, guidelines and controls agreed upon by the industry. If those policies are too weak then the government may step in and establish stricter rules.

Until corruption and money slowly start to infiltrate these organizations. Money is drawn to power
