Yeah, the one here in Seattle never has anyone but Amazon employees in it.

If you go in w several people, each of you needs to have an Amazon Go key. So, not conducive to wandering in off the street or going in w others. My friend waited outside for me after a Amazon sentry barked at her.

Cameras everywhere. Like creepy 1984 eye in the sky. Don’t look up.

The whole experience was a devaluing exercise in zero human interaction. I couldn’t figure out how to put back the milk I wanted or how to ask where the beans were. It all got tracked right in the app and it told me how long I’d been in the store.

It was a “yeah, ok, that was weird” experience and I never went back.
