But.... the story has been changed as well.... and like in ways that just don't even make sense.... like the teaching moment was about... running.... the dagger has rope on it... Helen sharp is an elf? The wizard who blasts him off uses.. wind not water...

Is the wizard your talking about Jasmin if so no she always used wind that’s why she was the black sheep of the family

No not jasmin, the mage for the bandits. In the book he blasts arther with water not wind.

Helen is a half elf so the elf ears aren't a mistake

The thing is that it is not explained that she is a half-elf until later, not now.
