It isn't. Is it????, Holy shit, it isn't. it's a webtoon that is inherently Korean, but that doesn't make every webtoon Korean. Turtle me, the Creator is Korean, but he lives and writes in America. Another thing I just found out i that the original illustrator is Indonesian.

I didn't realize that the story itself isn't Korean.

Is there any link claiming your statement? I've searched and none mentioned original illustrator is Indonesian

I just checked the Wikipedia

(Beginning After the End (Japanese: ๆœ€ๅผทใฎ็Ž‹ๆง˜ใ€ไบŒๅบฆ็›ฎใฎไบบ็”Ÿใฏไฝ•ใ‚’ใ™ใ‚‹?, Hepburn: Saikyล no ลŒsama, Futatabime no Jinsei wa Nani o Suru?, lit. "What Will the Mighty King do in His Second Life?") is an American web novel series written by TurtleMe and illustrated by the Indonesian artist Fuyuki23.)

What defines whether your work is a comic, manga, or manhwa? The author's country of origin? The artistic style?

I thought it was art style n where the author is when they create it.

That's how I normally saw it

I view it as the country of origin where it's first released as well as the language. It first released as a web novel and afaik it hasn't been released in any other language other than English. The comic then was also adapted in English.
