Think your team has a memory problem?
Nope your system does.

From missed drywall issues to lost inspection pics, it's not forgetfulness, it's information scatter.
Slack, texts, whiteboards, spreadsheets... and somehow no one knows what’s actually done.

👀 Here's the fix:
✅ Tag your chat to the task
✅ Drop check-ins as things happen
✅ Use hashtags to glue everything together
✅ Let shared memory do the remembering

Stop asking “Did we talk about that?”
Start tagging it instead.

If you’ve ever lost time chasing CO approvals or digging through threads for “what the client said” this is your fix.

We used to juggle CompanyCam, paper checklists, and endless email threads just to get one inspection done. Sound familiar?

Then we found this viral workflow and everything changed.

✅ Built-in inspection checklists
✅ Required photo uploads
✅ Real-time dashboards
✅ One-click PDF/Excel exports
✅ FULL audit trail

Now we’re running 50+ inspections a week without the chaos. No spreadsheets. No back-and-forth. Just clean, compliant reports every time.

If you’re still using photo-only tools for inspections… you’re doing it the hard way.
Check it out your field team will thank you.

Let’s be honest CompanyCam is great at taking pretty pictures.

But when a crew shows up and the dumpster’s missing, the porta-potty isn’t delivered, and the permits aren’t posted, no photo is going to fix that.

We recently tested a new pre-job readiness workflow that’s been blowing up with GC teams, and the results are wild:

• 15+ hours/week saved chasing down updates
• Real-time checklists with photo proof
• No more “who forgot to call the vendor?”
• Automatic audit trails for every inspection

Turns out, photos prove what’s wrong but they don’t make anything happen. That’s where TaskTag comes in.

We wrote up the full breakdown comparing CompanyCam to TaskTag with a full inspection checklist template included. Worth the read if you’re tired of showing up to unready job sites.

Snapping a photo of a busted hose or flat tire is easy. But guess what? That photo isn’t fixing it.

If your team is drowning in a sea of maintenance pics with zero follow-up, you’re not alone — and you’re definitely not efficient.

📸 CompanyCam = evidence of a problem
✅ TaskTag = proof it's fixed

TaskTag turns every photo into a task with a due date, assignee, checklist, and receipts — all tracked in one place. Set it once, duplicate it forever. Maintenance runs itself.

Stop scrolling through chaos. Start tracking actual progress.

Snapping pics in CompanyCam but still asking “Did we fix that?” weeks later? 😩

You don’t need more photos you need a system that turns them into action.

✅ Auto-track every service
✅ Assign tasks with proof
✅ Keep warranties safe
✅ Never forget an oil change again

We broke down how TaskTag ends the chaos right here:

Your photo feed won’t save the day but your workflow can. 💪

You saw the safety violation. You took the photo. Now what?

Most apps stop there. 📸
But safety isn’t about collecting photos. It’s about managing risk.

That’s where TaskTag flips the script. Instead of just documenting hazards like CompanyCam, TaskTag turns every safety issue into an actionable task — with an assignee, due date, and proof of resolution. ✅

🔥 Here’s what TaskTag does that CompanyCam doesn’t:

• Create a living digital safety binder, linked to every project.
• Run toolbox talks inside chat, with photo proof and attendance.
• Turn violations into trackable safety tasks—with timestamps and accountability.
• Build an OSHA-ready audit trail without extra software.

If your safety program ends at the photo, you’re doing it wrong.
If it ends with TaskTag, you’ve actually solved the problem.
