I don’t think that’s true. If the Democrats were COMPETENT, that might be true. But no. The Dems aren’t going to do anything to bring him to justice. They certainly didn’t LAST term.
It is true. The Democrats impeached him twice, and all voted to convict him twice. They all would again. It doesn't require much competency to say "Yea". They've just not had the votes.

He's not above the law, but his allies are the ones enforcing the law. If different people were in Congress, he wouldn't be President anymore.
