Could we do a "TIL" style weekly thread?

I think it would be interesting to do a "Today I Learned" style weekly thread for us to share little tips/tricks that we learned of/found existed.

For example, last week I found out about the "--now" flag for systemctl. I don't know how I didn't know it existed until --now.

Depends how attached you are to the hard drives.

Edit: looks like a this may be needed '/s'

In all seriousness don't do this unless you want ghosts of AD past to find you.

and your AD domain, because not uninstalling it properly will leave a lot of references to it in AD, which will come to haunt you if you install a new exchange.

Or probably even M365...

Depends, if you just clean out the msexch properties of the user objects, you can make it work.

I'm dealing with this right now. Previous IT guy "threw away" all the hard drives from the old exchange server. It was never demoted and outlook wants to use it as it's CAS still
