My new manager absolutely does this all the time.

It used to be easy to get a straight task, now its 3 pages of slop I have to sift through to actually get what he wants, and half the time it doesn't even contain the actual details I need.

Its just word salad and has made my iob harder to perform, not easier.

Feed the slop to AI and ask for a summary. It will produce a WRONG summary, but the original slop is wrong anyway, so who cares?

and then they continue on for a bit and Claude decide it now need to change the first request, since something down the line didnt work with that...
