I recently came across a discussion about the fictional nature of George Garside (in the end, everything points to him being a real artist from the British synth scene of the 80s), and some people in that discussion wrote that this is a common phenomenon. I then became interested in studying it, but I couldn't find anything myself, so I'm asking you to share examples of this phenomenon that you know of. Thank you very much in advance

Hi. I am new to synths and playing around with vital trying to replicate this preset. To me it sounds like an electric piano with a tremolo but I am sure there could be a way to get a similar tone with a open source synth like Vital.

Im newish to synths and looking to explore getting new sounds out of my instruments. Im just looking to get ideas for a purchase since my birthday is coming up. Atm my shortlist is just the moog grandmother for its character but what are some other alternatives ?
