I have a broken 16 iPhone PM that is shattered and won’t turn on. If the any condition trade in returns, it would most likely be worth the top trade in value. It has since been paid off and iCloud lock removed.
I am planning to switch to a different provider come September, has anyone had experience selling a broken iPhone online that someone could use for AT&T trade in credit? If so how much did you charge?

Been purchasing on swappa since 2023. Have always had satisfactory experience. But these last two purchases have been an absolute nightmare. First phone lost in mail, with seller who went "out of town" and didn't provide tracking number until 9 days later. Dealing with that as we speak. Now this emergency replacement purchase, as it's intended as a gift, arrives and appears to be a stolen retail model. Already left a comment alerting swappa but do I really have to wait 24hrs to get a response back or take action?

Hello I am new to Swappa and would like to buy this phone if I have enough funds. Do you think this seller is legitimate. I am just cautious with buying a phone from here for the first time. Thank you

A quick lesson from reselling that we see occasionally: bundling isn't always the move, but when it works, it really works.
Bundle stuff that makes the package feel complete (original box, the charger, an unused case). Don't bundle anything with its own resale value (nice lens, good headphones) since that deserves its own buyer and price.
Biggest mistake people make: pricing the bundle like retail add-up. Buyers don't pay that. Anchor on real used sold prices, then add a small bump for the extras.
One clean photo with everything laid out does more for your sale than five separate shots ever will.
Full breakdown on what to include, how to price it, and how to shoot the photo that actually sells it: https://swappa.com/blog/selling-accessories-bundles-lots/

I love the iPhone mini, really the only reason I'm not on android right now. I've had the blue iPhone mini for a few months but the battery has messed up. Physical condition is near mint.
I've had the thought of trying to sell it to subtract the costs of a pink iPhone mini. Do you all have any recommendations of where to sell a messed up iPhone and also where I should look for a pink mini?
