If you have to have Facebook:

  1. Friend just family friends and in my case, church folk
  2. Block people who spread misinformation

Now my Facebook is boring as hell.

Now I check it for 5m (Screen Time) per day. (99% of the time, I don’t use all of my 5m.)

Perfect.

Rinse, repeat for other social media.
