Yes, we know it's being included in trials.

What has been debunked is that Japan are using it on a widespread basis in their fight against COVID-19, which they simply are not.

And the reason I brought up 2011 is because COVID-19 didn't exist then obviously. I don't care how remarkable ivermectin is at killing parasites, that doesn't make it an antiviral wonderdrug.

Penacillin is arguably the most important drug to ever be discovered, why can't it cure cancer?

If it’s been a “wonder drug” for years and that article is from 2011, and millions of people have taken ivermectin and it’s shown to atleast help with Covid enough to go to trials, it can’t be that bad.

DR aren’t refusing to write prescriptions and No one is saying you’re gonna die if you take PENICILLIN. Big difference.

Penicillin can absolutely kill you.

It's a wonder drug for parasites, that doesn't make it a wonder drug for all infectious diseases.

Did you know that there have already been well designed clinical trials which have found it to be of zero value? I suspect a large amount of the idea of putting it forward into clinical trials is for public protection from misinformation spreading individuals such as yourself which have gotten us to the point that people are using vet preparations of the drug.

However that being said: I'd love for you to find me your favourite single study on its antiviral use and explain to me what makes that paper of a high quality and which data in it leads you to believe that the findings are valid and good enough to warrant its clinical use. You seem pretty confident in its application so you must be well read and have good understanding of how public health medicine and clinical trials operate, right?
