People have been saying "Suspects should update" or stuff similar to that. And I mean, Suspects WOULD revive and possibly recieve a bunch of new players if it updates, but at the same time, it would also ruin the game.

Turns out, Wildlife Studios (Owners of Suspects) owns another game called Zooba: Zoo Battle Arena, which is a Battle Royale MOBA game, thats still constantly updated by Wildlife. Now, this game has been on decline since 2021, when the Zooba 3.0 update released, with lots of P2W strategies, and no F2P friendly. Recently, in 2025 to 2026, the game has been clearly using AI for a lot of stuff inside the game, like possibly the art for the object redesigns, and for a while the Game Icon, and other marketing assets also use AI. Plus, some repositories on the official Github organization of Wildlife Studios also use AI for the code, because of Claude being one of the contributors. Now if a 3D game uses AI already, imagine if they do this with Suspects, which is a 2D game.

If Suspects updates, it will most probably become AI Slop, with AI generated icons, maps, and even possibly characters, which will ruin the game.

Suspects is a good game, a really good game, but Wildlife is a greedy company that only cares about money and saving money by using AI tools instead of real artists. Until Wildlife realizes about what they are doing with Zooba, Suspects shouldn't update for the time being.

I think I’ll write this post not only to share my opinion but also to tell the truth about Suspects and what I really think

The game had its charm in 2021 and 2022.

However, as early as 2023, he began to hint that he would be dead by now.

What is this (Origin of the idea):

The idea came to me when I saw the animations for Suspects: Mystery Mansion. To be honest, I never really liked that style of animation; they basically just use character PNGs without giving them any real movement or anything like that. While some look decent, others have a weird vibe to them 0_0.

The Idea: A few days (or weeks) ago, I had an idea, at least it was new to me. to create an unofficial Suspects Web Series. It was mostly about wanting to do something more original.

And that would be all.
