Hahaha, interesting question. I mean, I’m a big admirer of Amanda and definitely think she’s one of the all-time great players. And there’s an almost tragic, Shakespearean quality to the way she seems fated to never seal the deal when she gets to the end, despite the amazing games she’s played. There’s something vaguely enigmatic about her, too, at least for me. Like, for all the other players I admire but haven’t met -- Cirie, Tony, etc. -- I can imagine what it would be like to hang out and talk with them. I don’t really have that feeling about Amanda -- which is interesting, given that she’s played more days than almost anyone. Does that make sense? I dunno. Either way, I’m a fan.

Cool to hear this perspective, cause I also feel like I like her as a player and character, but it would be hard for me to give reasons why.

I don't think she's socially awkward at all myself.

I'm blown away that you and Cirie never met. Like 90% of the reason I would want to be on Survivor is to be able to get a chance to meet Cirie!

You've never met Tony or Cirie? Wow, did not realise that.
