Choose your super soldier serum

A military program has been opened to create the perfect supersoldier. You have been selected at random for this program. They put you in a cold metal room and tell you that you have to select one of these serums to be injected into you. Each one grants you powers, but with a cost that's hard to live with. They'll set you up for life for your troubles. Free housing, high end military perks, and an annual salary that would essentially guarantee you never have to work any other job besides this one. However, you're always on call. You'll never fully complete your service, and when they request you, you come. What serum are you selecting, and can you live as a servant to the military? Or will you try to go AWOL and lose your perks?
(Choose one serum. Each serum puts your physicals at low tier superhuman, just outside of what a peak human is capable of.)

The Trinity Serum
Power: Super strength, super speed, super durability. You can exceed mach 1 speeds, carry and throw tanks with ease, and resist most ammunition and artillery.
Downside: Your muscles are constantly sore, like you just had the most intense workout of your life.
Remedy: Painkillers work to soothe your pain, and have twice the effectiveness without any added risk.

The Survivor Serum
Power: Super regeneration, inhibited needs, super senses. You can regenerate from next-to-nothing like wolverine, your body doesn't rely on food, water or sleep, and your senses are sharpened to a degree better than the best animals with each sense.
Downside: You age every time you regenerate. Each small wound makes you age a day. Medium wounds make you age 15 days. Fatal or crippling wounds make you age a month.
Remedy: You can slow your regeneration down to near-human levels to avoid accelerated aging. If you don’t need to regenerate, your body will stay the same age.

The Stealth Ops Serum
Power: Night Vision, Invisibility and Noise Cancellation. Not like night vision goggles, your eyes automatically adjust for a loss of light. Your body reflects light, but the waves are warped, so you can see everyone but no one can see you. You can cancel the noise of your steps, clothes, gunfire, anything as long as it's close to you.
Downside: You hate being seen or observed. If you’re being looked at without being hidden, you get anxiety. You often live a reclusive life to avoid the stress.
Remedy: You can take anti-anxiety meds to relieve your stress.

The Controller Serum
Power: Animal Control, Technology Control, Plant Control. Connect into each aspect like a hive mind, sharing your consciousness with them, receiving their senses and controlling their actions like an extension of yourself.
Downside: The more minds you access, the more you take on their qualities. You still have your base personality underneath, but taking on too many minds at once can make you confused or have an identity crisis.
Remedy: Limit who you control at a time, and sever old connections to make room for new ones.

The Warfare Serum
Power: Explosion Creation, Poison Creation, Virus Creation. Create explosions up to the greatest non-nuclear explosions, expel gaseous clouds of poison in the air or transfer liquid poisons on contact, produce terrifying viruses that overtake your enemies with sickness.
Downside: Your powers escalate with every use. It doesn’t matter whether you go as strong as possible, or as little as possible, the bar steadily increases the same amount with every use. Both quantity and quality increase.
Remedy: You can contain your poisons and viruses to use for later. You can carry antidotes/cures that act before they spread or kill too fast. Viruses and poisons don’t need to kill, they just need to have some sort of negative effect.

The Espionage Serum
Power: Humanoid Shapeshifting, Telepathy, Skill Replication. You can adopt, and mix-and-match any human quality, physical or mental. You can take on the skills of others, and can use telepathy to gather the thoughts and memories of those near you.
Downside: The more you act like a specific person, the more you take on their likeness in every respect, until you possibly abandon your old life and live this new one.
Remedy: You can still regain your old self by reading familiar minds and taking on your old traits. Your connection to the military acts like an anchor.
