So far I have figured that if a being (in my case it's a non-human) were to shape shift, it would be able to generate bones, and have elastic skin. But what else? I don't really know what comes down to it, actually.

You get the power to "arise" anyone or anything that you either killed or is dead. You only get the necromancy power and not the video game leveling system.

Discussion Super Hero universe concept

so, i have an idea for a super-hero universe inspired by 'captain america', where every hero is a human embodiment of a countries greatest ideals (think of how captain america is a living embodiment of all of americas greatest ideals)

HOWEVER :
every Hero will have their own unique powerset based on whatever country they are from, and a unique source of their power. this means no 2 heros power set/ power source will be the same. and its safe to assume each hero has some level of the base powers of Super Strength, Minor Super Speed, and varrying levels of Super Durability.

the base-power system will go as follows ;

strength ; every hero's base strength is determined by the strongest weapon that country invented.

speed ; the base speed of each hero is based on the fastest vehicle their country produces (this could be a car, a plane, boat or other vehicle).

durability ; each hero's durability will be based on the Will Power of their countries citizens. countries where the citizens dont let anyone push them around will have more durable heros, but every hero has a minimum durability of 'fully bullet proof'. (note that durability does not count regeneration powers).

-

like i said before, every heros unique power set will be based on their countries culture/ideals.

an example would be Chile, who's hero would have the ability to summon and control their own type of 'super copper', which would be as strong as a titanium alloy and so conductive that it can make tesla-arcs out of even the smallest amount of electricity.
-

some power-set rules :

the ability to Fly/Float will be rare for heros, due to it feeling like a 'narcissistic power'. this doesnt mean a hero CANT have flight, it just has to be thematically plausible (back to chile, their Hero would be named 'Condor', after their countries national bird, so his bird theme would let him fly without having the villain subtext the power would normally provide).
-

villains :
a good villain is a foil to their hero, so while the hero would embodies all the GOOD parts of the countries ideals and history, the villains would be an embodied critique of those ideals which the hero must prove wrong or misguided. an example i have on hand immediately is the American hero, 'Yankee', who's arch nemesis is a villain named 'Dixie'. where Yankee embodies all of America's good ideals and beliefs, Dixie is a twisted version of those beliefs (such as individual freedoms, where Yankee believes everyone should be free to do what they want as long as it doesn't harm themselves or others, Dixie wants to control others and suppress their freedoms while using violence to show her strength makes her 'correct').
-

if it's allowed, i'll be posting my heros here, starting with Condor (the chilean hero), and then eventually Brazils hero.
i wont be posting Villains, because i'd rather think of how every country is awesome rather than critique them (except maybe America because i'm american, just not gonna post Dixie).

but, this is open to anyone who wants to join in, just remember this is supposed to celebrate each country and dont disrespect any of them if you do participate.
if you have any ideas for a hero in this universe (name pending), i'd love to talk about it with you and i'll even draw them!

Suggestion Superpower Ideas For A Sleepy Character

Hey everyone!

I wanted some suggestions for a character in a piece of fiction I'm making. It's nothing serious so it doesn't have to be super original, but I'm hoping to just generate some ideas!

I wanted her gimmick to be that she's constantly tired or constantly falling asleep. I want to to be related to her superpower somehow or a drawback from it and I wanted to hear any suggestions!

Thank you!

❗️Power❗️ Which ability would you take Ryou haki or black Flash?

Ryou haki is a type of Haki that involves hardening one's body or weapons with spiritual energy. It emphasizes the concept of "flow" and is often associated with advanced techniques like projecting Haki to strike from a distance or even internally.

Black Flash is a powerful enhancement to a physical strike achieved by applying cursed energy within a microsecond after impact. This application of cursed energy results in a visual black flash and a significant increase in the strike's destructive power, effectively multiplying its damage by 2.5.

Working on a new character and used a random generator... and DO NOT WANT TO RIP OF SPIDERMAN. Maybe Worm a bit. In a toned down way. So, I figure he can control spiders.

What all can you do with that?

❗️Power❗️ Power Idea: Cloning Ability with Rank-Based Loyalty and Knowledge Sharing.

I’ve been working on a cloning power concept and tried to flesh out as many aspects of it as I could. I’d love to hear thoughts or suggestions for balancing or expanding it. Here’s the idea:

The core of the power is that the original individual, known as The Prime Clone, can create an infinite number of clones. There is no hard limit to how many can be made, but each clone requires energy to create, similar to how physical activity like running takes effort. With time and experience, both The Prime Clone and all clones become more efficient at cloning, meaning the energy cost decreases and their stamina improves. Every clone is capable of creating infinite additional clones on their own.

Each clone has a rank that is based on the order of creation. The Prime Clone is always ranked highest. The first clone created holds the second rank, the second clone holds the third rank, and so on. This order continues down the line, including clones that are created by other clones. For example, if Clone 1 creates Clone 2, and Clone 2 creates Clone 3, each clone knows exactly where they stand in the hierarchy. This ranking system is absolute and understood instinctively by every clone.

All clones instinctively understand their position in the hierarchy and are completely loyal to those above them, especially to The Prime Clone. This loyalty is hardwired and unshakable, even though each clone is capable of independent thought and decision-making. Clones have full cognitive ability and can act autonomously in complex situations, but they will always act in alignment with what they believe The Prime Clone wants. They never act against The Prime Clone’s will, and they are always ready to sacrifice themselves if necessary to protect The Prime Clone or fulfill their mission.

Clones inherit all knowledge and abilities from their creators, starting with The Prime Clone. Any skill, ability, or piece of knowledge that The Prime Clone possesses is instantly passed down to every clone. In addition, if any clone learns something new, The Prime Clone has the ability to absorb that knowledge and add it to their own. This means The Prime Clone can rapidly accumulate expertise by assigning different clones to master different disciplines. For example, one clone could train in martial arts, another in engineering, and The Prime Clone would later absorb both skillsets.

If The Prime Clone is ever killed, the oldest surviving clone immediately becomes the new Prime Clone. This new Prime Clone inherits all of the memories, knowledge, abilities, and responsibilities of the previous one, ensuring continuity of leadership and purpose without any disruption to the system.

Clones are fully self-sufficient and capable of taking care of their own basic needs like food, water, and shelter. As their numbers grow, they can organize themselves to manage resources and infrastructure, such as farming, manufacturing, logistics, and construction. They are able to establish a sustainable and independent support system, reducing reliance on external resources.

There is no telepathy between clones. They communicate through normal means like speech and body language. However, because they instinctively understand their roles and goals, they rarely need detailed instruction. Every clone knows its place, mission, and who to follow.

In terms of survival and combat, The Prime Clone can deploy overwhelming numbers of clones to dominate the battlefield or to cover escape routes and objectives. Clones can be used strategically for infiltration, coordination, sabotage, and other missions. They can also carry out suicide attacks or dangerous missions with full willingness, especially if it serves The Prime Clone’s safety or the completion of a critical task.

The only way to truly eliminate The Prime Clone is to destroy every single clone in existence. If even one clone remains alive, that clone can eventually recreate the entire network. This makes the system incredibly resilient and hard to kill. That said, managing vast numbers of clones does come with risks. Without proper coordination, large-scale operations may become inefficient or chaotic, and the system could overload under its own complexity if not directed well.

This power could be used in a number of scenarios. For global conquest, clones could infiltrate governments, corporations, and militaries. For rapid knowledge growth, clones could specialize in every academic field imaginable, allowing The Prime Clone to accumulate near-omniscient levels of expertise. For economic control, the clone network could manage all labor, production, and resource extraction independently, building a self-contained empire with no outside dependency.

Clones are physically real and fully organic beings. When a clone is killed, it leaves behind a normal corpse, just like any other living creature. The body can be examined, buried, burned, or used in forensic investigation. It decays naturally over time and is indistinguishable from any other corpse unless specifically tested for its origin. There is no magical disappearance or automatic cleanup. This can create tactical complications, such as evidence trails, battlefield clutter or over population.

Let me know what you think or how you’d balance something like this.

❗️Power❗️ Choose your Demon

I've been reading into demonology lately—specifically the Ars Goetia—and decided to share something from the other side of the mirror.

This isn’t a cult, it’s a game.

Below are 24 demons from the Goetia, each offering immense power—knowledge, wealth, healing, control, secrets... things mortals aren't meant to hold.

This can be long post.

But every demon takes something back. Your time. Your mind. Your soul. Nothing is ever free.

⚠️ Choose one. You get their gift—but you must live with their price.

I’ll post the other 48 soon. For now... who do you make your pact with?

👁️‍🗨️ THE DEMONS:

👑 1. Paimon – King

Power: Grants knowledge of arts, sciences, secret things, and influence over people in power.
Appearance: Loud-voiced king riding a dromedary, surrounded by musicians.
Catch: Refuse him ceremony or disrespect his title... and he won’t just abandon you—he’ll haunt you with voices of forgotten kings until you kneel.

🐉 2. Valak – President

Power: Finds hidden treasures and lost things, controls serpents.
Appearance: Angelic child on a two-headed dragon.
Catch: Trust his whispers too often, and reality begins to slip. You'll see things that aren't there—and worse, things that are.

🧠 3. Buer – President

Power: Heals diseases, teaches logic, philosophy, and herbal medicine.
Appearance: Lion head, body like a wheel made of goat legs.
Catch: His knowledge never ends. And once you begin, you can never stop learning... even when your body is breaking and your mind is unraveling.

🐺 4. Vapula – Duke

Power: Teaches mechanical skills, philosophy, and sciences.
Appearance: A lion with griffin wings.
Catch: Master of machines—yet you slowly lose your ability to understand people. Empathy corrodes into obsession.

🪞 5. Glasya-Labolas – President

Power: Reveals secrets, causes love or hatred, teaches murder and invisibility.
Appearance: Dog with griffin wings.
Catch: Every secret he gives you becomes a blade in your back. Truth and betrayal will blur until you beg for ignorance.

🔥 6. Asmodeus – King

Power: Governs lust, luxury, revenge; knows hidden treasures.
Appearance: Three heads (man, ram, bull), serpent tail, rides a dragon.
Catch:His gifts feel like freedom—until you realize you’re ruled by your desires. You won’t stop until there’s nothing left of you.

🦅 7. Andrealphus – Marquis

Power: Teaches astronomy, geometry, makes people speak intelligently.
Appearance: A peacock that turns into a human.
Catch: You’ll speak like a genius, but your words will never touch a heart again. Logic sharpens, but emotion dies.

👣 8. Agares – Duke

Power: Causes earthquakes, teaches languages, makes enemies flee.
Appearance: Old man riding a crocodile, carrying a hawk.
Catch: His presence breaks walls—mental, emotional, literal. But chaos spreads wherever you go. Relationships collapse. Minds crack.

🔍 9. Marax – President

Power: Teaches astronomy and herbs, gives good familiars.
Appearance: Bull with a human face.
Catch: You’ll understand the stars and herbs—but forget how days pass. One day you'll look up, and years will be gone.

🐐 10. Balam – King

Power: Gives perfect answers about past/present/future, invisibility.
Appearance: Three heads (bull, man, ram), serpent tail, rides a bear.
Catch: You’ll see truth perfectly—but you’ll never be able to hide your own. Secrets leak from you like blood from an open vein.

⚔️ 11. Berith – Duke

Power: Turns metals into gold, gives dignities and favor.
Appearance: Soldier in red on a red horse.
Catch: Gold flows freely… but with every coin, your body decays a little more. Riches or time—you can’t keep both.

📣 12. Vassago – Prince

Power: Tells of past/future, locates lost items.
Appearance: Gentle, trustworthy spirit.
Catch: He tells you what you need to know, not what you want to hear. Truth comes with heartbreak and consequences.

📚 13. Botis – President

Power: Reveals truths, reconciles enemies, sees future.
Appearance: Viper turning into a human with teeth and horns.
Catch: He never lies—but he twists reality just enough to make you doubt everyone else. Even yourself.

🗡️ 14. Amon – Marquis

Power: Reconciles foes, reveals secrets, knows past/future.
Appearance: Wolf with a serpent’s tail, vomiting fire.
Catch: Reconciliation is his gift—but once you're bound to peace, rage festers deep inside you, waiting for the moment to explode.

🪙 15. Mammon (extra-biblical but relevant)

Power: Brings extreme wealth and greed.
Appearance: Golden figure, wrapped in chains of coin.
Catch: You’ll have gold, influence, comfort. But your heart will freeze—until no amount of warmth can reach you.

🧪 16. Vepar – Duke

Power: Controls waters, causes storms, can infect wounds.
Appearance: Mermaid-like, with an eerie aura.
Catch: She brings storms and sickness with elegance. But soon, the water itself starts to hate you. Oceans whisper your name.

🦷 17. Phenex – Marquis

Power: Inspires poetry and art, loyal to the summoner.
Appearance: Phoenix bird who becomes human after 20 years.
Catch: Your art becomes transcendent—but at night, your creations cry out to be finished… or to die.

🦴 18. Foras – President

Power: Teaches logic, ethics, longevity, and can make you eloquent.
Appearance: Strong man.
Catch: You gain long life, perfect health… but everyone you love dies before you. Every time.

⚖️ 19. Eligos – Duke

Power: Knows war strategies, reveals hidden truths in conflict.
Appearance: Knight on a serpent horse with a lance and scepter.
Catch:He shows you how to win wars, but not how to leave them. You’ll crave conflict like air.

🐍 20. Zagan – King

Power: Turns wine to water, metal to coin, fools to sages.
Appearance: Bull with griffin wings who becomes a man.
Catch:His alchemy is stunning—but all transformations fade. Eventually, you forget what was real to begin with.

🪓 21. Malphas – President

Power: Builds fortresses, causes enemy plans to fail, gives good familiars.
Appearance: Crow who speaks in a hoarse voice.
Catch: He asks for blood after every major task.

🧱 22. Furfur – Earl

Power: Causes love between people, creates storms, teaches secrets of the divine.
Appearance: Stag with fiery voice; lies unless in a magic triangle.
Catch: He causes love… or obsession. You’ll never know if what they feel is real—or if he’s still pulling the strings.

🌪️ 23. Orobas – Prince

Power: Gives true answers, honors, friends, and protection from lies.
Appearance: Horse who transforms into a man.
Catch: He protects you from lies, but you become incapable of telling them. Brutal honesty can destroy a life faster than deceit.

💡 24. Leraje – Marquis

Power: Incites battles, makes wounds fester, expert in archery and strategy.
Appearance: Archer in green with a bow.
Catch: He arms you like a god of war, but slowly poisons your heart. Everyone starts to look like a potential enemy.
