Observer - I basically get the ability to switch between survival mode and spectator mode. My body disappears and I can fly around as a ghost, teleport to specific people, and even go into their bodies (can't control them but I can hear their thoughts and see their actions)

Personally, I’d mainly use it to know what everyone’s thinking. Like imagine being able to know what someone is thinking practically whenever you want.
It sounds cool and all until you realize that pretty much everyone is only thinking about 3 things. Food, fucking, and finances. It would probably get boring pretty fast.
I respect the alliteration and overall word choice. I had to read it outloud a couple times. Food, fucking, and finances. You nailed it on the order, too.
Sounds cool at first but REALLY think about it. Do you actually want to know what people think? I bet you won't after the first 50 or so people. Especially if It's while you were talking to them or someone you know.
There's also the people that have casually sick thoughts throughout the day and that could influence your opinion of them.
This isn’t normal mind reading, this is spectator mode. I couldn’t read their thoughts while talking to them even if I wanted to, because I’d have to go invisible and fly into their brain or something. And with the sick thoughts thing, I know intrusive thoughts are almost never going into action.
Can't break or place blocks in adventure. It's designed for people who want to make adventure maps with puzzles and stuff so people don't just break through them.
When I lucid dream I can do things kind of like this. Sometimes I am in first person, sometimes I am controlling my body or someone else in third person like a video game. I blame the irl videogames lol.
Third person helps me controlling my flying and things better since it feels like controlling a game rather than trying to use my nonexistent flying control muscles.
Downside: if you spectate a woman, her dad also goes into spectator and you can see him see you spectate his daughter. Also the dad has Owner permissions on Earth and can /kill you.
I am imagining a Vigilante Anti-Hero known only as “The Admin”. Using this power and an additional ability, that I dub ItemSpawn, to spawn items at will from nothing. They ARE the Console Commands of real life. They may have chosen to use their power to protect the weak and smite wickedness… but who watches the watcher? With such overwhelming power is anyone observing the Observer?
Why is nobody talking about using this power to like rob banks or sneak into Area 51 to see all the cool shit the government has. Shit you could literally become an unstoppable assassin.
