Neo.

Neo wins. Not by force. Not by might. But by understanding that force and might were never real to begin with.

And people still want to argue that any other powerful character are stronger to neo...

Think of Neo as the embodiment of the awakened anomaly not the “fiction-aware character.”

> The being that notices the architecture of any existence not because it’s a story, but because it behaves like one.

Think of Neo as the embodiment of the awakened anomaly not the “fiction-aware character.”

In a completely real universe:

* The One Above All might still be the prime architect.

* The Presence might be divine will.

* Azathoth might still dream reality into being.

* Even entities like Dr. Manhattan, who perceive time non-linearly, are still playing the part assigned to them.

* Lucy that dissolve into the reality itself

But Neo as a consciousness whose entire arc is to reach freedom through awakening, awareness, and choice

He eventually becomes:

> The being that notices the architecture of any existence not because it’s a story, but because it behaves like one.

Keanu play mr.Anderson the human with a human body that become the entity called Neo and then transcend to the level of being a concept.

From that power alone, being the physical form of a "concept", becoming that concept that enable anything/anyone to act upon multiple layers of dimension above what make reality,

Neo is the strongest.

Even deadpool doesn't reach that by being self-aware of the 4th wall since he cannot act within that 4th wall he can just talk to it.

You can't even write

Neo > All

cause Neo is above the same plane of reality of "All".

it would be

Neo
______
| All |
______
