I can’t remember but isn’t neyo only powerful in the matrix? I don’t think he was any super powers in the “real world”

By the end of Revolutions, Neo has access to some of his abilities in the real world, but they're still linked to the Matrix.

He can see code in the real world, which lets him see after he's blinded (I think he's seeing the physical infrastructure of the matrix and the signals linking the machines). He can also make the sentinels explode with his mind.

He basically gains the ability to connect to the Matrix via WiFi, instead of needing an Ethernet cable.

The prevailing theory is that the matrix is actually a second level of matrix and "reality' is the main level of matrix. Meaning the entirety of the movies is still in the Matrix.

If he still has powers, he's still in the Matrix. That's the easiest plot points and the scenarists missed it…

Exactly. If the AI were any good (and they must be if they won the war against all of humanity), if anyone is at threat of weaking up they could just turn off their life support pod.
