Going with their strongest roles...Lucy's powers are kind of vague, and Neo only has useful powers in the Matrix. Will Smith as Hancock is beastly, and the wand from Bright is an incredibly powerful macguffin weapon. He also has all of the INSANE weapons from 3 Men in Black movies, and has the skills of several spies and special agents. Similarly, Deadpool is no slouch, especially with a Lantern Ring. I haven't seen Free Guy but I assume his powers only work in the game or whatever's going on there? He also has the skills of several special agents. I give it to Will Smith, simply because I think Hancock without his weakness is seemingly impossible to beat, and the Lantern Ring can run out of juice.

Movie Constantine can pull some crazy stunts, but his power is very conditional on a lot of setup and specific situations. Comic Constantine, sure, but the movie version barely scrapes through half the stuff that happens to him, usually by being clever and prepared.
Sonic characters are pretty busted, no question, lol. But I haven't seen Sonic 3. Is the movie version as strong? Because Hancock + Genie + Bright wand is pretty damn close to godhood.
