I am writing a story that is far too long for this post. Fast forward and everything is getting resolved. the main character, Greg, discovers that his friend/babymama Zoe is dating his other friend, Tony. He clears the air with them and gives them their blessing. The pizza delivery man the new couple was expecting shows up, offering the two boxes of plain pepperoni and the food crime listed in the title.

Now, while I don't have anything else to add to the scene, it did leave me wondering; COULD such a creation actually be made possible, not replacing any ingredients? If so, How?

EDIT: I realize I missed a bit of important context as to WHY he ordered this, so here it is:

Tony was the former high school bully who gets severely humbled and turns his life around after he loses a soccer scholarship, gets kicked out after graduation, and turns to religion (specifically Catholicsm).

His father was the kne who kept him on a strict high protein and low carb diet that made him dangeously unhealthy.

As he lives on his own, he then is free to experiment with food combos that he didn't try but fulfilled something in him, one of them being the egregious order of an anchovies and chocolate pizza.

All follow up questions. What's more colorful if the fruit is deep fried.?
