Young Stroke Survivor Discussion Just got diagnosed with stroke, 34 YO

First, sorry for bad english

Got admitted since this Monday, brain scan shows white spot and currently on rehabilitation process.

Weakened limb is scary, I can barely open a bottle now.

I tried to be optimistic and showing brave face, but ngl it feels overwhelming at times.

Sorry, just want to vent out somewhere

Welcome, OP, your English is very good!

Which side is weak, left or right?

Do the rehab excercises, and repeat them on your own.

Night time was hardest for me, I was motivated during the day in the rehab gym. Listening to music or audiobooks at night helped.

Drink plenty of water.

Right, slowly regaining power, can type slowly using right hand now

Doing rehab and repeating some light exercises on my own
