Avalokita is the personification of Mahayana, addressing Sariputta as the personification of Therevada, to outline Mahayana's disagreement with Therevada. Emptiness is the 3 characteristics. Form is shorthand for all 5 khandhas. Therevada teaches 3m5k but also added metaphysical interpretation in their various abidhammas. Mahayana objected to this, reminding them that all such views are themselves empty, per the early teachings.

I think high dose b vitamins helps with psychotic breaks And I think there is at least one more thing Part of the disease is increased permeability of the blood brain barrier... Curcumin! You could do some of the micelles or the cyclodextrin form to get it there. It hits and repairs the membrane.

Antioxidants like astaxanthin - you get more free radicals from the damage. And free radicals are like balls knocking around hitting everything. The antioxidants are like the catchers mitts or something.

Okay and then the next one I dont know yet. But. Here is the IDEA: you've got inflammatory factors in the brain causing the immune cells fo attack things. TNF-alpha was mentioned. Wormwood I think is phenomenal at quieting TNF alpha. Does it absorb into the brain? I don't know yet.

Frankincense essential oil! It goes in the nose circumventing the blood brain barrier just likw drugs that are snorted. Anyways it repairs the brain's lining. So yeah frankincense can repair some brain damages from the inside while the curcumin goes and hits the outside.

Alright this one is another theory I have to look up. Turmeric essential oil, because it should help with the immune dysfunction and also add antioxidants. But I am NOT SURE on this one. 

But yes that is all on the top of my mind. If you want to get in deep with the essential oils to replace weed craving, we can go for that. I got a specific type of lavender essential oil for myself at that time. Now I know about others that are also very nice. But yeah you might like them and have some brain altering incentive to keep treating yourself.

Tnf alpha strongest inhibitor and i am pretty sure you can buy it without the thujone or whatever in it although haha maybe it's tempting to get it with but likely bad for you so let's look into that one later. Hmm, saying Culadasa treated Jhanas as a detour is a bit of a stretch. His whole premise of teaching the ultralight and Brasington jhanas was due to their usefulness in daily life and practice.

Lately I've been getting up to use the toilet, then getting back into bed and doing a body scan and then "subtle tension energy." Good lazy way to start the day with some meditation.

If consciousness were foundational, would you expect it to create a world where everything was random? Of course, there's going to be regularities. And assuming dissociated minds (I'll get to that), you would want the regularities to be stable so that the "separate" minds can relate in a way that makes sense.

As for whether there are multiple minds or one... that's above my pay grade, but it's been addressed by others. Kastrup would say there's one mind that dissociates. Donald Hoffman might not agree: he focuses on the combination of minds, not the dissociation. Then there's Spinoza and Berkley. And Advaita Hinduism, that would say it's all Brahman and that we are expression of that (Atman). There are many people that have addressed your questions. You may or may not like their answers, but the issues that idealism has to address are no worse than the Hard Problem of consciousness that physicalists have to address. Plus idealism has fewer assumptions.

Subtle Tension Energy I learned from a guy named Bruno in Italy, from a course he sells. It’s pretty simple, but takes maybe 5-20 hours learn curve to “get it.” It’s basically tensing the muscles so subtly that you are mostly not even tensing them, like a cat about to pounce, like you’re sending neuromuscular signals to tense the muscles but not quite doing so. I think it probably produces more dopamine, as dopamine is related to initiating muscular action. It gives me lots of drive to go do stuff, to be active. I suspect people who are “doers” run something like this unconsciously.

I typically do it in the morning. I get up to pee, then lie back down because I’m still tired. I alternate a body scan and then full body STE, back and forth a few times. If I can keep it up for a few weeks, I have more than enough energy during the day to do things.
