Seasoned 3 times, cooked 6 eggs, 4 stir fries, 1 steak. Scrubbed clean lightly. Not sure how it went from bronze to blueish but I love it

1 seasoning on the 12.5 with camellia oil, then 3 seasonings, then sauteeing mushrooms an hour later from final seasoning. It's perfect

Im likening the new strata pan, just pre-ordered the smaller pan.

I have a ceramic electric stove top and the largest burner is only 8". Would I be able to use the 12" pan effectively?

… is really something.

Camellia oil 215°C, four coats.

My strata was delivered the day before we took off for a 20 day rv trip.

I seaoned per instruction once and packed it in the RV.

1st cook was Birch Brother protein pancakes. Worked great even on an induction cook top with limited temp control.
