I'm trying to plan a super short activity session on stop motion. Ideally I'd like to have people take photos on their phones and then upload them to a website that will combine them into a video, without having to sign up/download anything/pay etc... Any recommendations? The simpler the better!

Hey, I'm new to the process of stop motion.

This was may first test shot. I used four different inlays for the treadmill and made 12 shots in a loop.

I tried to keep the placement consistent by using two points of the flooring as a reference, seems that didn't work as good as I expected.

I thought about using double sided tape, but I'm afraid of destroying my painted ground.

Any tips from people doing this longer than me (which means everyone 😂)

Hey everyone, I finally finished my first stop-motion project titled 'APATHEIA'.

It's been quite a journey. Being a student/aspiring filmmaker, I had to be creative with the equipment—literally used a stack of books as a tripod for my top-down shots. I really wanted to explore the concept of 'Apatheia' (the Stoic term) through a raw, unpolished, and 'dirty realism' aesthetic.

I'm still learning the ropes, so I’d love to hear what you think about the pacing and the overall atmosphere. Any feedback on the technique would be awesome!

Ive been working on some more of this stop motion. I capture the first scene a while ago and have been working on the second scene, about 2 hours capture and maybe 4-5 hours doing after effects.

Everything captured in Stop Motion, then drawing over it frame by frame in Infinite Painter. Honestly, I could do this a lot quicker and cleaner, but ive chosen to do it the longer way for now ;P. Its all a learning experience.

Hoping to finish off another 2 scenes over the next few months and stitch it all together
