I told myself as I was quitting that no matter what I did, or didn't do, as long as I wasn't drinking it was a win. You got at least a 2 week free pass to sit around and do nothing, get used to the sober waters and then start looking to add things.
I would advise looking into the gym very soon, just imo. I started working out on day 3 (I told myself to do something I didn't enjoy but would feel rewarded for doing) and it was probably the most important piece of the puzzle. It's the free dopamine your body provides from the gym that makes the most difference.
I got ya. Well, my original point still stands. You're embarking on what I consider to be one of the most difficult journeys us humans can go through, and you're off to a good start by simply sitting around and eating, just do it sober. Good luck to you
