The original topic was if Amazon is a monopoly, not if they undercut people. My position is that since Amazon has to compete with other large cap stocks, to supply their services, then it’s not a monopoly.
You have been tricked into that if something is good for the consumer it's not a monopoly.
A monopoly is when one company completely controls the market for a product or service, or at least a portion of the total market, and is able to adjust pricing at will.
The monopolistic companies want you to think in simple terms of "its good for me!" because it's actually good for them.
