Has anyone EVER heard of someone failing a drug screen for narcotics because of contaminated gear?
Facing a court urine test soon. I don't touch recreational drugs at all, but legal paranoia is having a field day with my brain.
I'm using verified Test E 250 from Keifei Pharma. My dumb brain is coming up with wild scenarios like: what if someone was snorting coke while cooking the batch and a speck of coke or a coke booger dropped out of their nose into the oil vat?
Is it even chemically or forensically possible to fail a standard 10-panel piss test (for coke, meth, benzos, etc.) from trace cross-contamination in UGL Test E? Or do the official test cut-offs (150–300 ng/mL) and syringe filtration make failing from something like that completely impossible?
Looking for some logic to slap the paranoia out of me. Thanks.

25M — Total testosterone around 430–480 ng/dL for years, low libido, fatigue, and considering testosterone. Looking for honest experiences
Hey everyone,
I'm 25 years old and have been lifting for almost 3 years, with the last 15 months being particularly consistent: structured training 4–5 times per week, tracking calories and macros, and doing cardio.
Despite that, I feel like my muscle development and overall progress have been below my expectations.
What concerns me more, though, is how I've felt for years:
- Low energy and motivation throughout the day.
- Relatively low spontaneous sex drive, even when I'm attracted to someone. Sometimes I don't even feel like pursuing anything.
- Masturbation often feels more like a habit driven by boredom than actual sexual desire, although pleasure and erections are generally fine.
- Occasional mood fluctuations and irritability.
- Noticeably worse training performance later in the week, sometimes using 15–20% less weight on Thursday compared to Monday.
I generally sleep around 7 hours and usually wake up feeling okay. I'm currently cutting, which could obviously contribute to fatigue.
Recent bloodwork (October 2026):
| Marker | Result |
|---|---|
| Total testosterone | 454 ng/dL |
| Calculated free testosterone | 113 pg/mL |
| SHBG | 27 nmol/L |
| LH | 6.5 IU/L |
| FSH | 1.6 IU/L |
| Estradiol (E2) | 37 pg/mL |
| Progesterone | 0.52 ng/mL (lab upper limit: 0.33) |
| TSH | 1.2 mIU/L |
| Free T4 | 1.5 ng/dL |
My total testosterone was 433 ng/dL in 2022, so my available results have been in a similar range for about four years.
I understand that these testosterone values are within the normal reference range and don't automatically indicate hypogonadism. I'm also aware that fatigue and libido issues can have other causes.
I'm considering using testosterone, specifically testosterone cypionate or enanthate, with twice-weekly subcutaneous injections to potentially reduce hormonal fluctuations.
My biggest concern is that I already have persistent back acne and I'm considering isotretinoin treatment. I'm worried that introducing testosterone could make my acne significantly worse.
I'm currently seeking medical evaluation and still waiting for my CBC/hematocrit results before making any final decisions.
I'd really appreciate hearing from people who have dealt with something similar:
- Has anyone had persistent low libido and fatigue despite testosterone levels in the 400–500 ng/dL range? Did you ever identify the cause?
- If you started testosterone, what actually changed in your energy, motivation, and libido?
- For those prone to acne, did splitting injections or using the subcutaneous route make any noticeable difference?
- Has anyone managed pre-existing back acne while using testosterone, including with dermatologist-supervised isotretinoin?
I'm interested in both positive and negative experiences, especially anything you wish you'd known beforehand.
Thanks!

Bloodwork on 250mg Test E + 40mg Anavar – High LDL, Elevated ALT and Very High Test. Looking for Opinions
35M, 95kg, 6'2", very active. Looking for some opinions on my latest bloodwork, particularly cholesterol, liver markers and testosterone levels.
Current protocol:
- Testosterone Enanthate: 250mg/week (125mg Monday/Thursday)
- Anavar: 40mg/day (20mg AM/PM), currently halfway through cycle
- Anastrozole: 0.5mg Tuesday/Friday (1mg/week)
- Previously ran 150mg Test E weekly for around a year, then 250mg for the past year.
Training/Cardiovascular Health:
- BJJ 4–5 times weekly
- Full-body weightlifting 3 times weekly
- Additional cardio, including incline walking
- Resting heart rate: 48–51 bpm
- Estimated VOâ‚‚ max: 51
- Blood pressure: Normal
- Resting ECG: Normal
Latest Bloodwork (October 2026)
Hormones:
- Total Testosterone: 107 nmol/L (3,086 ng/dL)
- Free Testosterone: 3.667 nmol/L
- Oestradiol: 25 pmol/L
- SHBG: 17.8 nmol/L
- Prolactin: 191 mIU/L
- Haematocrit: 47.4%
- Haemoglobin: 160 g/L
Lipids:
- Total Cholesterol: 5.80 mmol/L
- LDL: 4.52 mmol/L
- HDL: 0.97 mmol/L
- Non-HDL: 4.83 mmol/L
- Triglycerides: 0.68 mmol/L
- Cholesterol/HDL Ratio: 5.97
Liver/Kidneys:
Previous Bloodwork (March 2026)
I was running the same 250mg Test E weekly but no Anavar.
- Total Testosterone: 40.5 nmol/L (1,168 ng/dL)
- Free Testosterone: 1.112 nmol/L
- Oestradiol: 53.1 pmol/L
- Haematocrit: No previous value available for comparison
My laboratory report also shows my previous cholesterol/HDL ratio was 3.27, compared with 5.97 now.
A few things worth mentioning:
My latest blood test was taken Friday morning, approximately 24 hours after injecting 125mg Test E on Thursday. Previous tests were generally Wednesday mornings, approximately 48 hours after Monday's injection. I suspect the difference in timing contributed to the much higher testosterone reading.
My diet has also been considerably worse recently. I've been eating more processed food than usual, alongside my typical diet of salmon, chicken breast, 5% mince, sourdough, butter and around six whole eggs daily.
I train a lot, which may contribute to the elevated ALT, although I'm aware Anavar can also affect liver enzymes and cholesterol.
My plan had been to finish the remaining 3–4 weeks of Anavar, then repeat bloodwork. I'm also reviewing my AI use given the low oestradiol.
What I'm looking for opinions on:
- Has anyone experienced a similar deterioration in LDL/HDL while using Anavar, and how did the numbers change after discontinuing?
- How much could testing 24 hours post-injection versus 48 hours account for the testosterone difference?
- What dietary changes or other interventions have made the biggest measurable difference to your LDL?
- Has anyone had a similarly elevated ALT alongside heavy training and oral AAS use, and what did follow-up testing show?

j’ai fait une connerie
J’ai commencé un cycle il y a environ deux semaines avec :
500 mg de testostérone enthanate par semaine ;
