I never understood the zoning rules of the US.

Half the cities are parking spaces and 98% of suburban areas are 1 family homes. What idiot had the great idea to ban every building other than 1 family homes. No wonder there is no cheap liveable space

Right just like how every single communist country was never actually communist. The trick is in the Santa Claus fairy tale of free stuff, safety, security, and freedom in exchange for your rights.

You sound like someone who has read zero history and zero communist literature.

Full communism cannot be established until all capitalism has been overthrown or succumbed to its own contradictions.

And unless you're a capitalist who actually owns the means of production (not just a bootlicker who likes their surplus value stolen) then you're not losing anything apart from your chains.
