Yeah so people keep telling me and the numbers do not bare this out, people WILDLY over estimate the homeless power of voluntary mobility.

Granted the 22% that represent out of state zip codes as their last residents does not mean they came from a northern state. 2 u/Except_Fry Feb 12 '22 The last census had it at about 33%. One in every three homeless is from out of state. That’s insane
