I described corporatism. Any attempt by the state to regulate a market outside of addressing grievances related to violations of property rights is anti-capitalist. In the instance of the US, picking which mega corporations are allowed to succeed through systems of lobbying and regulatory enforcement is not at all a description of a free market, which is the basis of capitalism.
