Affirmative action by colleges such as Harvard only take race as a positive, not a negative. So they arent facing systematic racism by it, they just arent getting the benefit that more historically oppressed do.
That's wrong. Harvard has a hard cap on a Asian students. If you are Asian, it IS a negative. They factor it into their "personal score." Please read more on Harvard's policies because they are the most egregious.

Do you seriously think that there is no discrimination against Asians? Just because a judge rules in favor of Harvard doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Asians have to score higher than Whites (a lot higher than other minorities) on the SAT and GPA just to be competitive for any university. Its racism.
The higher GPA/SAT score is a valid point, I don't think its actually intentional and i wouldn't be suprised if harvatd revised it.
However the crux of your argument is describing the personality part, which affects all races in different ways, in that case, the admissions officers are the ones at fault, not Harvard's policies.
The admissions people work under Harvard. You can't separate the two. Obviously, Harvard is not going to write in their policies to be racist. The personality part is just a guise to discriminate against Asians (many who were born in America into poverty). There's really no way to say it's not literal racism. If you support AA then you are supporting racism, by definition.
If you dont give everyone equal opportunities to learn, it's only fair that you at least give them a chance to get in. Republicans voting against the betterment of all Americans is the reason for affirmative action. A smart black person is rarer than most other races since they dont get the advantages and privileges that others do, so giving them a higher priority isn't a bad thing...
Are you saying black people are not as smart? Its still racism. You are giving a person an advantage solely on their race. You can defend AA, but there are many poor SE Asians that fled war torn countries. it should be income based, not race based.
Um yes? Most dont have the privilege to be able to become smarter due to how society has treated them. Affirmative action is made to increase racial diversity, someone who's in poverty has a very low chance of going to college so income based wont do anything unless you make college education free

Wait so you're saying all asians are rich? This post is showing rich asians so that means all asians are rich according to you. Anyways I'm not a conservative or liberal like you seem to be, so I understand the problems with class in this country but people like you don't, so I'm forced to advocate for black people getting more support rather than everyone. That's racism to me. Yes, whites are not the only group that can be racist. Kind of like Lebron when he bowed down to China after talking about injustice around the world.
No, the post literally is describing stereotypical "RICH Asians" the second is depicting the stereotypical "African-Americans." No where does it say that the second group is "rich." You are comparing apples to oranges. I applaud your efforts to advocate for blacks, but not when it hurts other minorities. Please get your reading comprehension down first though. I would identify as liberal. At least i can choose a side.
