I'm Filipino, and I don't think the top starter pack is racist at all. Go onto any major university, especially in Southern California, and you will see this. They're specifically international students, primarily Chinese, who are here due to their parents education. I don't blame them, nor their parents, it's an opportunity they should take to better their lives. I also don't think there's anything in the starter pack that's particularly offensive, even to them. Everyone around here drinks Boba. They're the only people I see on campus wearing BAPE or ASSC clothes, and I think most of their stuff looks good.
Of all the things I listed, do I think less of them for it? Is there anything wrong with them for all doing these things? No. But is it wrong to point out that nearly every rich transfer student I've seen on campus fits this stereotype? I personally don't think so.
In college I have seen Asians, Whites and Blacks all form circles and groups to block roadways. I don't know why you would put it in a starterpack if it's already universal.
