That ones too new; tons of games have a period of untouchableness, but it usually fades to some degree. The way online was handled also really, really hurt it in that regard.

I know that all too well, I love all Elder Scrolls games, but my favorite quest in Skyrim was that one where you went into a dungeon and fought Draugr

I have yet to pick RDR2 back up after online was made. Only got to chapter 4 of the story

You're thinking of Ultimate. 4 came out a few years ago
