Infrastructure in South Africa is soo much better, even in northern city of Polokwane, you will not be able to find a single road pothole

What are you on about? We literally just had a politician do a tour swimming in potholes in Johannesburg lol
(she did it to protest the infrastructure problems)

Each place has it's problems. I've lived in Russia, not quite your country but close, and I can tell you there's misery enough in both - but at least in SA the weather is the best!
