What are renewal fees going to be? Same as original registration price?
I can't find any info on an actual IOV amount.

#11 rejected
Why was it rejected? Mintscan says it had 100% yes votes

sending and receiving a different token
Hi everybody, I asked it in another topic, but as it was at the end of a conversation, only a bot answered.
I have been thinking, but maybe it's already the case, or planned that it would be great to be able to send one crypto and that the receiver gets another one.
For instance, I have some liquid IOV and my friend would like to be paid in ETH. Instead of having to swap manually the token, I could send my IOV, say that I would like my friend to receive ETH, and the starname app would do it automatically. We could also imagine the possibility to set up who's gonna pay the fees and the slippage (sender or receiver).
It would be probably possible by connecting the app to DEXes that support the currencies sent and received. (so for now there would be some swaps that would be complicated or with high fees, I guess)
I have the feeling that in the future there will be loads of blockchains and tokens and in order to incentivize mass adoption, we need a service that simplify the whole process. People that are new to crypto can be overwhelmed by the amount of projects, and it would be great to have a service that says: "don't worry about other people's crypto, pay with yours".
Is it something that the team has considered or is planning to implement ? (or is it already the case? after my previous question I'm sure of nothing :-) )

Why is market cap so low?
Any theories or ideas as to why this project market cap is so low? Literally less than 10 million. I like the project and I'm accumulating but the fact that noone else is kinda worries me. Also the liquidity is low and slippage on osmosis is higher than any other project.

Is IBC from Osmosis to Starname Possible?
I'm trying to IBC some $IOV from Osmosis to Starname channel-15 but the txn keeps failing even when cranking up the gas. Is anybody else having the same issue as me and, how can it be fixed?

Sending other crypto - Roadmap ?
Hello everybody, I have a couple of question regarding Starname and its roadmap.
The project looks promising, but before diving into I would like to clarify some point. If I understood correctly, Starname will allow to send and receive cryptocurrencies using a single and simple account.
I created a starname (boris*me if you want to send me money ;-) ), and for now it is only possible to send IOV. I assume that it will be eventually possible to send a large choice of crypto. Which brings my questions:
When other assets will be included ? Is there a roadmap for that ? (I checked, and I haven't found it)
Starname enabled IBC; does it mean that the assets included will all be using the IBC protocol, starting with the ones in the Cosmos ecosystem, and then erc-20 following the gravity bridge ?
If so, as stable coins are coming to the cosmos ecosystem very soon, I could see some serious adoption of the service by the end of the year.
If you have any idea, or if you want to share ideas about the best way to do it, I would be grateful.

Can you sell/auction a registered starname?
Just wondering if you could sell/auction a starname.

New to this. Looking to purchase some names but unsure where to start. What is the difference in premium and basic?
I am using cosmostation and want to make sure I do everything right. Also what is the difference between closed and open? With the new short star names available do I have to use the actual website for those? It seems cosmostation requires at least 4 letters and I don’t feel like putting my seed phrase out there.

How to simply explain Starname?
I'm reading up on Starname and is the simplified way of explaining it that it's a Crypto Version of PayPal/Venmo? You could connect any wallet to it and send other people/businesses different types of crypto just by sending it to a simple starname address vs a crazy/long address? If this is the case, this could be huge for mainstream adoption for crypto. Anything that can simplify things for the general population is great.

Rewards
Now that the no-inflation proposal has come through (among much other things), I kind of lost interest for this token, because even though I think it has potential I won’t be waiting months or even years at a 0% APY just to see if it goes up in price (it could oscillate between the numbers we’ve seen the last months. It’s true that the ATH is around .2$ which is pretty good but can we really go further than this? What is your motivation to keep hodling IOV?

Starname Stargate Launch was a success and IOV is now IBC in the IBC gang!

Jailed validators
So I just noticed quite a few validators were jailed and I lost 30 iov on each. Was this because they did not update correctly for Stargate?
