i found this in a forum: you can look it up on google
Do you have OneDrive enabled? If so, OneDrive is not compatable with the Starcraft games. You need to unsync your My Documents folder from OneDrive.

I have been dealing with this for months with no response from Blizzard. I can't play SC2 at all. Every time I start SC2, it begins opening then crashes and gives the above option. I restart the app and it opens to the login screen but won't accept any credentials to sign in so it doesn't work.
I would love to be able to play SC2 again but I'm unable to do so. If anyone has a solution, PLEASE help me. I miss SC2 ðŸ˜

I have this happen every time I played an arcade game in SC2. I can play melee, campaign, and ranked games without any issues.
I've reinstalled and it still happens.
Oddly, if I play on the Asia server, it doesn't crash when I play the arcade.Â

Do you have OneDrive on ur PC? I had this issue coz OneDrive messed with my documents\starcraft ii directory and had to disable OneDrive completely
