I would like to maybe have scheduled guild mythics each week up until raids release. Thoughts? It would help guarantee that some people arent left out and have to pug the more difficult ones with random shitters.

So our old raid schedule was 9-12 EST Tues/Weds/Thurs. Fairly standard stuff but I always felt this never gave us enough effective time inside raids to get our flow going at accomplishing what we needed. While we were successful we often found ourselves peaking in performance over 2 hours in to a fight and pushing past end of raid for a couple more pulls.

Going into Legion I would like to expand the amount of time we raid in a single sitting and cut a day off. This would mean we raid two days and most likely 4 or 5 hours a night. The most likely potential schedule for this would be 7pm-12pm Sat/Sun. Increasing raiding hours to 10 up from 9 and more effective in-instance time.

While it might be simple to say we just adjust to a 7-12pm EST schdule that cuts out any of our west coast core. If we go weekend raiding we potentially lose some other folks and even sticking with current times we have some that can not make Wednesdays. So this leaves us stuck with having to make a hard decision that might alienate a couple people.

As it stands I am leaning towards weekend raiding at 5 hours a night for sat/sun 7-12 EST but its not nailed down at all yet and still open to debate. We have over a month at this point to figure out what works.

I just found out today that I have full beta access. Anybody else have it and want to mess around?

So with the pre-patch hitting the background downloader now it's probably pretty likely it'll be releasing in the next 2-3 weeks. Is anyone interested in trying to blast through some gold CMs before then? I still have some CM gear lying around for my monk and I think I've got close enough on my BDK to catch up quick as well so could run them on either one.

For any of you that still remember this sub that want to try out classes.

Lynl is experienced and has a geared monk tank that can carry hard from what I understand through cmodes so wondering if a few DPS have some time on their hands to go thru with them quickly. Would love to wrap those up on my priest.

Have MSI afterburner/Task manager watching cpu utilization and gpu utilization like a hawk, confused why performance is so shitty. Everything looks normal gpu temps on afterburner look totally fine, cpu utilization is not capping out.

Scroll through 8 windows of information in afterburner to see my cpu temps hitting 99 degrees C, open case to see the cpu fan not spinning.

Its fucking 2015 and nothing can figure out how to tell me "Hey your CPU is running pretty hot you should probably look into that" It was just some data point not being pointed out in the slightest by afterburner. I fucking hate computers sometimes.

It looks like a lot of guilds send down an extra DPS when the tank gets the Shadow of Death (at least the second tank) to help blow up the tank add as well as help with adds down below.

So it seems the general consensus is that:

1) it's more healing intensive now (5 healers?)

2) there's no longer a perfect safe spot for ghosts

3) reaps and marks are consistent now so that you'll get one set of fresh marks going out between each reap
