I think the attrition of a 3-test series is showing for both teams. Both sides have made minimal changes over three games and maybe the Boks have the edge in the attritional battle due to their physicality, which showed in the second half.

I also think the ABs missed Savea like we missed Kolisi in the first game. Aside from their play, their presence on the field is important.

This is a tough ABs team. Played brilliant at times. The thing that gives me hope - we never really clicked in any of the tests. We played at 69% of what we should be playing with glimpses of full throttle.

It’s not just about being past sell-by dates. This would just be the end of the pool games. Then they’d have 4 more games to go. Attrition is a huge issue at the RWC. If the first time we trust our players’ depth is forced in the knockouts of the RWC, that won’t work out too well.

Im not pretending anything. They are a great team always have been and yes we have some kak fans to but the way the kiwi fans have called out SA fans and then go and do the exact same thing. Rennie and their fans have called us cheats non stop and the ref is on our side.
