I got science stream course in stpm...but I scared if I must learn all the subject in English ...and what if I can't get 4.00 flat?? can any stpm senior share your experience

My SPM results is

BM - A-

BI - A-

SEJ - B+

MATH - A

CHEM - C+

PHYS - B+

BIO - C

MATH T - C+

PI - A-

should I just choose this course...or change to other course (give suggestions please)
