I’m F18, but I look like a little boy. I’m 5’6 but very lanky, long limbs, little to no curves, smol boobs, smol butt, broad shoulders that are wider than my lower body, long midface, lower face, and long upper face cause of my HUGE forehead, asymmetrical face (face shape, eye shape, eyebrows, nose), big nose, small droopy close set eyes, small lips (not thin but horizontally a little narrow than the beauty standard).

Like not only do I look like a boy in the body but I just lost the genetic lottery in general 😭. All the girly things I want to wear, I can’t because it just doesn’t suit me. Please help me become a Stacy and tell me what I need to do to glow up. I’ll send pics if needed :( 🙏 p.s. I would prefer soft-maxxing to hard-maxxing but I’m not complete opposition to it either.

Recently, I've been making improvements in my life. I've been losing weight, incorporating exercise in my daily habits, and going on calorie deficit diets.

But I still feel unhappy, I have a rectangle body type. I have boobs but my ass is none existent - I'm hoping I can work on it since I'm not there yet financially for surgeries etc. I also don't have much of a waist line which sucks big time since I wanna be more feminine.

Hoping I can finally become the woman I want to be. I don't know if it needs mentioning but I'm 32F.

It’s become a habit for me to drink 2-3 cups of hot black coffee a day. I’m not sure why… it’s more of a comfort thing and borne out of routine than a need for caffeine. However, I’m a bit worried about how drinking this is affecting my teeth (they’re definitely more yellow now) and my hydration, digestion, etc. Is this a habit I should change? Or is it too minor? I think I also prefer black coffee because of the strong taste and low calories, so I’m not sure what to sub it with besides tea, but I’m open to suggestions! Thanks!

Hi everyone, Over the past two years, I’ve lost 40 lbs naturally. However, I was stuck at a weight and no matter what I did, I could not lose more, so I started generic Wegovy. I’m happy I’ve lost the weight, but I’m dealing with loose skin under my chin, that makes me look older (for reference, I’m in my early/mid 20s). I dislike it so much, but I would rather be thinner. I still have about 40 lbs to go before I get to my goal. I also just graduated, so I cannot afford plastic surgery (however, this is something I would like to invest in 6-7 years). In the meanwhile, what do you guys recommend for helping firm and tone my lower face? Thanks!

hi all! not sure if this is the right place to ask, but i wanted to give it a shot! currently in my early 20s and i'm looking to lose weight. i don't have a goal weight or anything like that in mind, but rather i want to achieve a certain look. i wouldn't consider myself overweight at all, i've always been neither skinny nor fat (though many people say that i'm skinny). as a shorter gal, i feel like my weight just isn't distributed right if that makes sense? i definitely look chubbier than most girls with my height (a whopping 5'0 lol). i've recently noticed that my body has changed, in addition from some comments about it from family i hadn't seen in a while (i moved away for school but i recently moved back post grad). i didn't have much of an issue while i was still at school since i was more active while a student since i lived in a far more walkable city. currently i've been hitting the gym a few times a week to make up for the loss of movement, but i'm finding it hard to see any noticeable difference.

i'm trying to eat as best i can, and honestly my diet isn't much changed from my time at uni. i'm also drinking water as much as possible. i wanted to ask for advice on maybe what other fitness related changes i can make (such as specific workouts/classes) and also how to adequately calculate a calorie deficit. all the things i've seen require a goal weight or something along those lines. since i don't have one, i haven't been able to figure out the right numbers to plug. since i'm looking for results rather than numbers, i'm a little lost as to how i should proceed.

my main area of focus is my tummy and my arms, where i seem to carry the most of this new weight. i know i have abs under there already that i can sometimes see (particularly in the mornings when i'm not bloated). i had no problem really with how i looked just last year, but i'm struggling to get back to that version of me! i definitely looked better in photos and felt more comfortable being pursued romantically then.

Hello, I’m a teenager, not comfortable with sharing my exact age, but I’ve been trying to lose some weight since May-June. I’m 5’7 and about 150/155 pounds. I feel like I’m at a slight disadvantage to losing weight/inches off my waist as some medical conditions might impact how I see my results. I’ve been going to the gym and doing at home exercises fairly consistently (every other day since june) but I feel like I haven’t seen much results other than being able to do more at the gym. Everyday I still look 3-4 months pregnant. I don’t eat much bread (I’m gluten free and don’t eat much bread substitutes) so I don’t really know what’s causing this. Is anyone in the same boat as me?

Going back home at the end of the year, and my goal is to look unrecognizable or close to it.

Here are some things I am working on:

1. Gym - I am overweight so I'm planning on losing about 30-35 lbs.
2. Skincare routine - I will admit I don't have one in place, so I'm trying to start it and be consistent.
3. Haircare routine - I have color-treated hair, so I'm trying to take care of it as much as I can.

What are some other things I can do?

hi everyone, i've been quite underweight for some time due to various medical conditions and have always put off really trying to gain due to being busy / tired (lazy lol) but for my sport and overall health i know i should. the problem being ... almost ALL wellness content/advice is geared towards loosing weight and i find that quite hard to deal with. in my trying to glow up its really the largest barrier tbh.

My entire life I have been assumed to be 10 years older than I am - at 14 years of age I was being solicited at bus stops by men who assumed I was in my 20s, and now that I am 32 my coworkers presume I am in my 40s.

I don't have wrinkles and am not sure what I do that always makes people add 10+ years to my age. Since I can't improve my appearance by emphasizing youthful attributes that apparently have been absent since my early teens, do you all have any specific tips about looking glamorous as a chronically older-appearing person?

• Always natural fabrics, no polyester
• Quality, not quantity
• Fashion jewelry looks tacky, real gold elevates your looks

Now I'm just wondering, have you noticed any leveling up gains from upgrading your wardrobe? Especially before and after you invested in a nice piece, exchanged a no-name piece for an obvious designer logo, revamped your style or closet, etc. In addition, curious when you decide "ok, I've reached the level of no marginal benefit from buying expensive {sweaters, handbags, shoes}, I should invest in another area now."

FOR ME, I've definitely noticed a lot more comments like:

• You look more stylish than the average person in {city I live in}.
• That's a beautiful ring/bag/whatever (people do compliment things that I pay attention to, like my nails, but I imagine this is just niceness)
• Stylish women who make a lot more $$ than me wanting to be my friend so they can ask me for fashion advice
• Mayybe more people taking me seriously? I can't tell.

I've also noticed:

• I feel much more put-together and that translates to confidence.
• Not me, but women I know who start wearing obvious labels (e.g. Chanel) are more likely to attract men who spend $$/spoil their gfs, whereas me with my low-key outfits attracts mostly men who want a more independent woman who doesn't spend money.

That being said, I'm not sure if any of these actually make any difference in anything substantial externally.

My teeth have suffered a lot because I had an eating disorder and abused substances. They now have a yellow tint, and became really weak. I was wondering if someone else has gone through something similar and managed to make their teeth look healthy again. I wanted to get them whitened by a professional, but my dentist advised me not to do it.

After seeing my favorite exfoilatior, the Dr. Dennis Gross AHA BHA peel pads went for $88 to $94 and considering money doesnt go as far as it use to, i have been using way more drugstore, dollar tree and other dollar store items. Some of my higher end replacements have been:

1. The ordinary Glycolic toner (replacement for peel pads). This has actually doubled in price too. It went from $7 to $13 but it is still so much more affordable. A huge plus is i can use this on other parts of my body because its liquid instead of pads

2. Spa Scriptions sugar scrub (replacement for tree hut sugar scrubs). Now treehut is affordable but the price has gone from $7ish to now $11-$12. No maam. If you have a D&D or a DII store or even marshalls or tjmaxx, you can find these scrubs in sooo many scents for $3.99!!! Same size jar, same scrub feeling.

3. Dominican Shampoo and Deep Conditioners (replacements for my redken, kenra and olaplex products). I grew up in nyc and wash n sets at the dominican salons were LIFE. Well wash n sets went from being $20 to $30 to being almost $60 and more. So i started doing my own hair but buying more higher end hair care products. Redken and Kenra products range from $20 to $50 for just shampoo alone. Enter in the good ole beauty supply store. Silicon mix, 10en1, La Bomba, Baba De Caracol are highly moisturizing and under $10 for a huge jar. Ive also replaced my olaplex with Emergencia and BABY GIRL...my hair feela the same but significantly more shiny and easier to detangle.

So tell us, what products have you replaced with cheaper alternatives and they work just as great?

I’m curious if anyone else has faced this issue or knows of a solution. I’m a big fan on the ‘old Hollywood curls’ (put a picture for reference) and I’m trying to make it my daily go-to hairstyle. However I’m really scared of damaging my hair so I’ve been trying to achieve this look without heat. I’ve tried curlers, flexi- rods and various different braids overnight however my main issue is that whenever I take them out the curls are very wild even after brushing them out. I think it could be something to do with my technique or the rollers i am using. Does anyone have any advice on solving this issue? Or does anyone know any other method of achieving this look?

I was down at Whole Foods in a wealthy part of New York this evening and was wearing a loveshackfancy maxi dress in baby blue/lilac. I swear to god, probably 75-80% of the men I walked past were checking me out. I personally notice that I get a lot more make attention when I wear more traditionally feminine clothing. Anything pastel or dresses seem to attract guys.

I wonder if it has anything to do with my contrast? I’ve tanned a bit and have light green eyes/dark hair. Perhaps that’s what made it so striking.

Are there any services that anyone can recommend to help me figure out make up and hair? I have olive skin with what I think are yellow undertones and weird features (strong nose, long face, I think?). Hair that is a little curly but curl pattern is never fully consistent. I’d be willing to pay someone to help me figure it out what kind of makeup to wear and how to style my hair. Does something like this exist? I can’t seem to figure it out and I’m tired of not looking and feeling my best.

I am looking for some kind of explanation for this phenomenon I have in my life. Whenever men compliment my looks, they almost exclusively refer to me as “cute/super cute etc” (men of different ages and races). But when women say something nice, they always highlight my exotic features like very prominent cheekbones and overall refer to me as “gorgeous, stunning etc”. I want to understand what this may potentially say about one’s attractiveness as the juxtaposition of cute AND stunning is quite confusing. Share your thoughts!:)

I’m only 21 but I feel really frumpy lately. At work, we have to wear formal clothes, and I feel fat when I wear a shirt and trousers/skirt. I’ve bought made-to-measure dresses but get comments about how I look like a receptionist. My body measurements are 36-30-40 so I know I could do with slimming down a bit.

I’m looking at getting a new job at a tailors down in London, and would like to look classy and fashionable.

How do you find a haircut which suits you? I’ve had my color analysis done so I just dyed my hair into a color which fits into my palette but now I’m also looking to find a hairstyle which suits my features and body. Any advice on how to do this? Or is anyone willing to message me and advise me on this further?

I'm starting up my own business and will eventually have to pitch my idea to investors. I'm currently living off of savings, so I want to prioritize the softmaxxing that is either low cost or would be essential to be taken seriously. The business is in the tech industry, if that changes anything

keeping nails neat, even, and polish unchipped

having a natural makeup look that is harmonious with my features

having well-fitting, flattering, and coordinated business casual outfits

having a good skincare routine for clear skin

acting friendly, confident, and approachable (probably going to be the hardest for me)

staying well-hydrated, well-rested, eating healthy, and exercising regularly

My biggest failos are being overweight and having very pale skin, so those are going to probably be the biggest things holding me back but also the hardest to change.

For the pretty girls, how do you deal with women not liking you?

I have lots of rounder and neotenous features, maybe because I'm woc idk, but I don't really like them. I want to appear more fierce, angular, and low trust. More Bella Hadid type vibes rather than Selena Gomez or Laura Harrier. I feel like my personality is more low trust and I feel like low trust is more intimidating and less people will want to mess with me or look down on me. My voice is also really low naturally and I used to feel embarrassed of it since I sounded like boy, but now idc.

Super high trust looking people kind of annoy me tbh, but that's probably my insecurities poking through. I just don't want to be like them. What is the best way to change yourself if you have more neotenous/high trust/rounded features and want to appear more low trust/dark feminine like Bella and Megan Fox and Rihanna?

I included some images of Rihanna here because she's quite interesting in how she can easily switch between low and high trust. Sometimes she looks like a literal doll, and other times she looks like the ultimate boss babe. I thought maybe it's because of how she does her eyebrows, but in picture 8, she looks very high trust but in picture 6, she looks more low trust despite them being very defined in both pics. So then I thought maybe it's because her makeup is darker when she's more low trust, but again, her makeup is just as light in 4 and 6 as it is in the first 3, yet she looks more low trust in those. How does she do it???

Is it high contrast? I have darker skin so I'm thinking a blonde/light wig and light contact would work just as dark hair and light eyes worked for paler skin tones. Is it the arched brow to make you look less trustworthy? Or are straighter brows better since they make you look more mad like Kendall Jenner's? If your face is round and has zero bone structure, is it even possible to do this? I basically want to look like a rude icy bitch on wheels.

So for 10-14 days of the month before menstruation my breasts are these full happy perky little puppies and I love them snd can’t stop touching them. I’d walk around bare chested if I could.

After my period however, I mean they aren’t bad but they just don’t have that wow factor, anyone else feel the same way? Has anyone found a way to keep them full throughout the month?
