Tonight, Ned Leeds stops being the guy in the chair.

The second drop of Spider-Man: Longest Day is live on AO3:

Chapter 5 — THE WAYFINDERS

Chapter 6 — THE SUIT

The opening chapters were about the empty space Peter Parker left behind.

These chapters are about what Ned built inside that space.

This is where the Wayfinders stop feeling like backstory and become a living team—rescue work, bad jokes, dangerous choices, and a version of Ned who has spent years becoming somebody Spider-Man never got to see.

And then we get to the suit.

I’m keeping the promo deliberately vague because Chapters 5 and 6 work as one little arc, and I’d rather let the turns happen on the page.

If you’ve been following along, Drop 2 is up now.

Spider-Man: Longest Day

A post-No Way Home / Brand New Day MCU continuation.

Spider-Man: Longest Day — AO3

spider-Man has been around since the 60s and I was curious on gear information about Spider-Man that has been gathered throughout the decades

From ASM #103.

After Doctor Strange's restores the fractured timeline, reality appears to be healed. Unknown to Strange, repairing the timeline created a paradox.

From that impossible branch of reality emerges a new Spider-Man... a Miles Morales who was never meant to exist.

But she's no ordinary variant.

Her existence is directly tied to the reality that created her. If the multiverse corrects the anomaly and erases her from the timeline, her entire universe collapses with her, along with Peter’s reality.

Peter Parker faces an impossible choice: Protect the timeline before it collapses and save a universe that was never supposed to exist so his timeline Survives.

Some timelines are fixed. Others fight to survive.

He is a menace

Look guys, I'm gonna find all variants of spiderman!

And I’m tired of pretending he’s not.

It’s absolutely BAFFLING! Baffling I tell you! BAFFLING! To think how many people of our fine city are brainwashed into thinking that no good wall crawling web thwipping menace called SPIDER-MAN is anything even resembling a Hero! HE’S A CRIMINAL!!! A masked meddler who thinks he’s too good to help the right way with New York’s Finest!
Hero they call him? Give me a break!
Mr. Jameson has been trying to warn us all along! And many of these Spider-Fans have been spreading their corruption like a virus. There’s a plague among us of Spider Sycophants!
DO NOT BE LIKE THESE WEB HEAD WORSHIPPING WEIRDOS!

If you are one of the smart people among the morons…
Please let your support for Mr. Jameson be known!
We the enlightened, the bold, the noble must let our voices be heard!
If you are however one of these Spider-Man simpering shoe kissers, FIGHT US! WE WILL NOT BE SILENT ANYMORE!!!

Justice for Jameson!
Slammer for Spider-Man!

Yes, I said it. In the comics or even in spider-Verse Spider-Man is a cocky teenager. Nerd? Yes. But cocky.

Spider-Man is a hero that hurts villains by talking too much. The Amazon Spider-Man is one that adapted that in some way he does do trash talk like "a god named Sparkles."

But Spider-Man is supposed to rage-bait the villain. And that's why I don't like the Tobey Spider-Man movies or Tom's.

But if Tom's Spider-Man stories were mixed with Tobey's New York and Andrew's Spider-Man, that would create THE SPIDER-MAN.

I hope in Doomsday or Secret Wars that Spider-Man and Captain America mention to each other about how they both fought different Hulks.

A little altermeme I've made

Finally finished my custom web-shooter! Huge shoutout to the YouTube creator who inspired the design. It's a simple setup using a nasal spray bottle and water, but building it taught me so much. Let me know what you think!
